About the title
Harley Quinn has broken up with the Joker, and after a while let all of Gotham know it by blowing up that very chemical plant. The girl no longer pines for the failed relationship - she doesn't have time for that, since she's also lost her protection, and now criminals of every stripe are hunting her, eager for revenge. Meanwhile, Roman Sionis, who has become Gotham's godfather, is desperate to recover a missing diamond that was stolen from his henchman by an underage pickpocket.
