About the title
The Air Nomads, the Water Tribe, the Earth Kingdom, and the Fire Nation. The four nations were bound by fate when the Fire Nation launched a brutal war against them all. A hundred years have passed with no hope of changing anything in this world. The Fire Nation is close to winning the war. Caught between struggle and courage, young Aang realizes that he is the Avatar, possessing the power to command all four elements, and that only he can restore balance and bring peace back to the world. Together with the young waterbender Katara and her brother Sokka, he sets off on a journey.
