About the title
They fight the villains of the Foot Clan and their leader Shredder once again. Thanks to April O'Neil, Professor Jordan Perry, and pizza delivery boy Keno, the turtles manage to stop the spread of the mutating ooze and save the residents of New York from the terrifying mutants Tokka and Rahzar.
