About the title
Two strangers wake up in a basement, where a man with a gunshot wound to the head lies with a pistol in his hand. They are chained to the walls and don't remember how they got there. A voice on a found tape tells one of them to choose — kill his fellow captive or let his own wife and daughter die. Thus begins a cruel game, in which the unwilling participants have only 7 hours.
