About the title
Ivan has finally gained his heroic bogatyr strength, the evil sorcerer Rogoleb has been defeated, and all of Belogorye is now preparing for a grand celebration: Ivan and Vasilisa are getting ready to celebrate their wedding, dealing with the problems typical of almost any newlywed couple. What dress should the bride wear to the altar? Should the rings be plain or magical? Should the honeymoon trip be on chicken legs or in a mortar? At the height of the wedding preparations, evil makes itself known again: Vasilisa is kidnapped, and in the heat of the chase, Ivan and his friends find themselves in modern-day Moscow. To the people of Belogorye, this is a magical world where people travel on strange chariots, talk to flat little boards, and can't tell real magic from a cheap children's toy. But it turns out that in this world too, side by side with ordinary people, the heroes of old fairy tales have settled in quite comfortably, and with their help, Ivan has a chance to finally defeat the ancient Darkness.
