About the title
Rico, Skipper, Private, and Kowalski — the penguins from the New York Zoo — begin preparing for their summer vacation with their usual sense of responsibility. Having gotten hold of a toy yacht, they set off for the coast of Massachusetts to go fishing, when at the worst possible moment they get caught in a powerful storm. The storm carries the penguins to Hoboken, from where they are redirected to a local zoo, where cleanliness and obedience mysteriously reign among all the animals. Sensing a hidden threat, the main characters decide to get to the bottom of it.
