About the title
Having left big aviation behind, pilot Vyacheslav Lazarev moves with his family to the backwoods, where he continues to fly, but now on a small propeller-driven An-2. Life goes on as usual for the Lazarevs until one day a little bear cub bursts into it, whom Kolya, the pilot's son, names Mansur. When local poachers kidnap the bear cub, he's helped by the loyal German shepherd Palma. The two animals must find their way home through a forest full of wild animals, hunters, and other dangers. And the Lazarevs, setting out to search for their four-legged friends, will have to remember what it means to be a real family.
