About the title
CIA agent Ethan Hunt finds himself suspected of being the traitorous "mole" responsible for the deaths of several members of his team, including team leader Jim Phelps. The only other survivor is Hunt's colleague — Phelps's wife, agent Claire. To clear himself of the treason charges, Hunt must find the real mole.
