About the title
Police Major Igor Grom is known throughout St. Petersburg for his hard-hitting character and uncompromising stance toward criminals of every stripe. Incredible strength, an analytical mind, and incorruptibility — all of this makes Major Grom a true superhero. His life is perfect: by day he catches criminals together with his partner Dima Dubin, and in the evenings he spends time with journalist Yulia Pchyolkina. This perfect idyll is interrupted by the appearance in the city of a mysterious villain calling himself the Phantom. He invites Grom to play a dangerous game, in which the stakes are the lives of ordinary people.
