About the title
Three men and a woman have bought a stolen state-of-the-art microchip capable of neutralizing an entire anti-space defense system. They put it inside a toy car, and the toy car into a bag marked "Parisian." At the airport, it turns out the toy is missing from the bag, and there are people around carrying identical bags.
