About the title
A Japanese community in São Paulo. 21-year-old orphan Akemi learns that she is heiress to half of a yakuza empire, and that the other half of the notorious criminal syndicate wants her dead. Yakuza envoys begin hunting the girl, whose life now hangs by a thread. Salvation comes from a foreigner suffering from amnesia, who is certain that his fate is bound to the Japanese girl's by an ancient samurai sword.
