About the series
Aspiring actor Simon Williams is trying to break into Hollywood, but big roles keep passing him by. One day he happens to meet Trevor Slattery, a once-successful actor who "played the role" of the terrorist Mandarin during the height of Iron Man's exploits. Williams and Slattery soon learn that legendary director Von Kovak is developing a remake of the superhero blockbuster "Wonder Man," a role in which would turn the struggling actors' lives around. The two decide to do everything they can to land parts in the project.
