About the title
While chasing criminals, patrol officer Tae-jin gets into an accident, and his soul separates from his body. The keeper of the law desperately wants to finish the investigation and return to his girlfriend, but now he's nothing more than a bodiless wandering ghost. Fate sends the unlucky man a chance in the form of an indifferent-to-justice neighbor, the owner of a judo studio. That neighbor can see the ghost and talk to him, and now Tae-jin won't let go of his new acquaintance until he helps him finish what he started.
