800 BC. Despite differences in customs, many peoples of the steppe live peacefully side by side under the rule and protection of three of the strongest and most majestic tribes. But one day a neighboring state sends men to kill one of the mountain sages and leader of the Kereit tribe, Tailga. This cannot go unpunished, and 8 of the 33 Mongol tribes unite to repel the enemy and punish Tailga's killers. Soon they realize that somewhere deep in the steppe an ancient and rare stone is hidden, for which the enemies are ready to fight to the last drop of blood. And then all 33 tribes rise to defend their home and their land.
