About the title
Switzerland, 1307. As the power of the Holy Roman Empire wanes, new dynasties rise to power, among them the Austrian House of Habsburg, eager to conquer all of Europe. A skilled hunter and marksman named William Tell rises to defend his country against the tyrant king, leading a popular uprising in the fight for Switzerland's independence.
