About the title
Daniel and his wife and 8-year-old son move into a fixer-upper house to renovate it and sell it at a profit. Soon a tragic event occurs in their family, and afterward Daniel hears a voice on an audio recording that shouldn't be there. The man turns for help to a famous researcher of paranormal phenomena.
