About the title
Police officer Vikram raids a location where the powerful gangster Vedha is believed to be hiding, wiping out his henchmen but failing to catch the leader responsible for the murder of sixteen people. While Vikram persistently continues trying to find the gangster's hideout, Vedha suddenly emerges from hiding and walks into police headquarters to give a statement. Vikram interrogates the criminal, after which his lawyer posts bail, and Vedha is once again a free man. Suspecting that his voluntary appearance at the police station is part of yet another vile scheme, Vikram has no intention of giving up on his goal...
