About the title
Ascending to the throne at the age of 18, Victoria became Queen of Great Britain and Ireland, and later Empress of India. Among the countless subjects of the crown was the handsome Abdul Karim. Appearing, it seemed, out of nowhere, he became a highly influential figure at court.
