About the title
Former Marine William Duncan loses his daughter — the girl became an accidental victim of a street gang shootout. The police do nothing. The father takes justice into his own hands and deals with the culprit. The man killed turns out to be the son of a major mob boss, and Duncan is plunged into the epicenter of a war between criminal gangs.
