About the title
David had it all: money, his own publishing house, an expensive car, and an apartment in a respectable part of New York, a writer friend and a girlfriend named Julianna, and even enemies among the seven executives running his company. So he lived carefree, until one day he got into a car accident and woke up from a coma disfigured and disabled, his face now something he has to hide.
