About the series
When a body bearing signs of brutal murder is found in the wilderness of Yosemite National Park, the local community is thrown into turmoil, and there's no room left for calm in this once-peaceful place. At first it looks like a simple, tragic case, but the investigation quickly takes an unexpected turn. The protagonist, played by Eric Bana, is drawn into the case and forced to team up with a group of mountain rangers accustomed to dealing with wilderness, not criminal investigations. As the inquiry deepens, it leads into the past - to a secret the hero has tried to bury forever. Every clue, every step along the trail reveals more details linking the present crime to old, painful events. And soon it becomes clear: to uncover the truth, the hero will have to expose not only other people's secrets, but his own as well...
