About the series
The story centers on four couples: Anton and Kristina, Masha and Valya, Michael and Varya, and Yana. Ten years have passed since the events of the last episode of "New Dorm". The characters have grown up and left the dorm. They now have families and jobs, and, as a result, other, more grown-up problems. Michael is going through a midlife crisis. He has lost his job and is forced to stay home raising his two daughters. Anton first lost Kristina, and then his father's fortune. Now he longs to get it all back. Masha decides it's time for her and Valya to have children. But how can they, if Valya is against it? Yana is a single mother. Having devoted herself to work, she thinks she has missed out on raising her son. And she begins searching with obsessive persistence for a father for him. Although the characters have moved apart and no longer live in the same building, they still talk, remain friends, and help one another.
