About the title
A dog named Shine once ended up inside a secret laboratory and, as a result, became the first dog on Earth endowed with super-canine powers. In everyday life, he's still the same good-natured dog, devoted to his owner Jack. But as soon as a crime occurs nearby, good old Shine instantly transforms into a superdog, a hero in a tight red costume with a flowing blue cape.
