About the title
The film's story takes place in the 1980s in the Argentine city of Rosario, during the years of military dictatorship. Businessman Jorge Salomón Sauan disappears without a trace, like many people did in those difficult times. Two young court clerks must investigate the disappearance, but their efforts are opposed by police corruption and the state bureaucratic machine. "The Perfect Crime" is a crime thriller based on real events.
