About the title
Theo and Chet are brothers. But they're not human — they're snails, which doesn't stop them from experiencing human emotions and feelings. Chet is down-to-earth, content to go with the flow, while Theo is his complete opposite: a dreamer who constantly imagines himself as a Formula 1 race car driver. One day, after stumbling upon a real underground street race and accidentally ending up inside a car, Theo undergoes an extraordinary mutation, causing the snail to start moving at the speed of a top-class racing sports car! After a string of setbacks and obstacles, Turbo — Theo's new name — decides to enter a Formula 1 race alongside professional drivers, determined to take first place!
