About the series
Svetlana sets out to search for her adopted daughter, who left to find her biological parents and disappeared. Meanwhile, in this resort town, a thirteen-year-old girl shoots her sleeping family — mother, father, and grandmother — and then tries to hang herself. A neighbor rushes in at the sound of the gunshots and pulls the girl out of the noose. The district police chief assigns the investigation of the high-profile case to detective Elvira Barayeva.
