About the title
Super-agent Seal and his team hunt a Mexican cartel on both sides of the border. The criminals return the favor, firing from every gun they have. Suddenly a third party enters the game. Someone is boldly robbing the cartel's warehouses. Millions of dollars vanish within days. But the money doesn't disappear without a trace. The unknown thief opens a bank account and starts handing out the stolen money to everyone in need. Now his life depends on who finds him first — the agents or the cartel's thugs.
