Fans are eagerly anticipating the upcoming event — the famous Lady Raven is coming to their town. Tickets sold out long ago, and the lucky ones are impatiently waiting for the appointed day. Among them is young Riley, whose father Cooper, knowing his daughter idolizes the singer, decides to give her a gift and gets tickets to the concert. The day of the show arrives. Riley and her father are already among the crowd of ecstatic fans. The performance begins, but Cooper, who doesn't share the teenagers' enthusiasm, decides to step out of the hall. His attention is immediately drawn to the heavy police and military presence filling the concert venue. Talking to a chatty vendor, Cooper learns that the concert is a carefully planned police operation — a trap for a brutal maniac nicknamed the Butcher, who is supposed to be among the audience.
