About the series
Three strangers arrive in Emond's Field: the gray-haired minstrel Thom Merrilin, the beautiful Lady Moiraine, and her Warder Lan. Moiraine belongs to the Aes Sedai and believes that the forces of darkness are hunting five teenagers, one of whom is the reincarnation of an ancient, powerful figure. According to prophecy, upon returning to the world, this person will save humanity by harming it.
