About the title
Satya, a medical school graduate, moves to Kurnool with his mother and gets a job as a doctor at a government hospital. He soon learns about Guru, a ruthless gangster who rules the city. After three children die, Satya files a police complaint against Guru, whose company produces poisoned saline solution. For this, Guru brutally beats Satya, who narrowly escapes death and leaves the city. But two years later he returns as a police officer to take revenge on Guru and put an end to his crimes.
