About the title
A young married couple, trying to recover from a terrible tragedy, goes on vacation to Los Angeles. Abena and Kwame settle into a cozy house, hoping the trip will help revive their fading relationship. However, from the first minutes in the new place, Abena begins to be haunted by an unfounded anxiety that turns into intense fear. Noticing his wife's nervousness, Kwame tries to smooth over the unpleasant moments. The couple prepares to meet old friends who are coming for dinner. Despite the warm reunion, Abena remains tense all evening, barely holding back a wave of terror that has suddenly gripped her. As Abena's fear grows, it increasingly takes hold of everyone present. And soon each of them comes face to face with a terrifying entity lurking in this cursed place.
