About the title
The plot centers on the confrontation between soldier Kyle Reese and a terminator cyborg, both sent back to 1984 from a post-apocalyptic future ruled by killer machines, where humanity stands on the brink of extinction. The cyborg's mission: to kill a young woman named Sarah Connor, whose yet-unborn son will win humanity's war against the machines by 2029. Soldier Kyle Reese's mission: to save Sarah and stop the Terminator at any cost.
