About the title
In ancient times, a huge stone appeared in the center of London with an ancient sword embedded in it. A golden inscription on the sword declared that whoever pulled out the enchanted blade would become King of England, thereby proving his special strength and right to rule. So far, no one had succeeded. Meanwhile, deep in a forest wilderness lived an 11-year-old boy named Arthur, who served at a castle and had no idea that he himself was destined to become a great king one day. But this was foreseen by Merlin, a wizard who lived nearby. He and his learned owl Archimedes became the boy's mentors, subjecting their young charge to all sorts of trials. He was transformed in turn into animals of three different elements — a fish, a squirrel, and a bird — so that he could learn the truth of life in all its forms and understand that a person's true strength lies not in muscles, but in wisdom and knowledge.
