About the series
It's wedding season on Nantucket. One of the town's wealthiest families is preparing for the celebration, but a few hours before it begins a body is found on the shore. Every guest at the ceremony becomes a suspect. Among the possible killers: acclaimed mystery novelist Greer (Nicole Kidman), her husband Tag (Liev Schreiber), son Benji (Billy Howle), daughters-in-law Amelia (Eve Hewson) and Abby (Dakota Fanning), and other family members. This picturesque murder-mystery drama in the spirit of "Big Little Lies" was directed by Oscar winner Susanne Bier, who made "The Night Manager" and "Bird Box." The story is based on the novel of the same name by "the queen of beach reads," Elin Hilderbrand.
