About the title
An English teacher finds a tiny penguin on the ocean shore. The little one is very weak and can barely move its wings. Tom cleans it of oil and seaweed and sets it free. But it's not that simple. According to the penguin code of honor, if your life is saved, you must repay in kind. The penguin follows the teacher everywhere, and one day sneaks into his classroom. Together with Tom, he teaches the spoiled schoolchildren kindness and caring, as well as English — after all, he came on an exchange straight from London and doesn't speak any other language. As the grades of the hopeless class start to improve, the whole neighborhood hears about the lessons of the feathered teacher.
