About the title
Journalist Charlie Cannon lives with his wife Larissa, son Sebastian, and daughter Katie. One day the girl vanishes without a trace while her father is briefly distracted, and the investigation brings the family no answers. Eight years later Katie unexpectedly returns home, but her return doesn't bring the long-awaited relief: along with hope, new anxiety enters the family's life, and it soon becomes clear that the past has not yet let them go.
