About the title
The film is set in Bhutan. Not long ago, the reigning king decided to abdicate, and this became the starting point for a series of unexpected adventures. Life begins to take on entirely new colors, as Bhutan finally learns of the existence of democracy and the internet. Such changes don't pass without a trace. The authorities try to do everything possible to help the locals get used to the new order more quickly. To that end, they even organize something resembling an election...
