About the title
The animated film tells the story of the not-quite-so-close-knit but loving Mitchell family, who set off on a road trip and run into a robot uprising. It turns out that all over the world, every electronic device, from smartphones to self-driving cars, has turned against humans. The Mitchells have to set aside all their personal problems to save mankind.
