About the title
Jae-ho, one of the toughest gangsters around, is serving time in prison. Among the inmates he wields great power, dictating his own rules and whims, and his authority is unquestioned. Outside prison, within the criminal organization, Jae-ho is the number two man, and he is ambitious enough to want to become number one, intending to seize power without much trouble as soon as he is released. One day a new inmate, Hyun-su, arrives — young, brash, and rebellious. Jae-ho takes him under his wing, planning to bring him into the gang once his sentence is over.
