About the title
The near future. Humanity is suffering from an energy crisis, but eighteen-year-old inventor Miles Fletcher finds a way to complete his late mother's project — a device capable of producing clean energy endlessly. When his prototype catches the attention of a corporation, Miles believes he has found a reliable partner. But the company betrays him: the technology is stolen, and the young man himself is pushed out of the project. Miles must enter an unequal fight for the planet's future, joining forces with his best friend and an unflaggingly optimistic robot.
