About the title
A newcomer appears at a Los Angeles school — a teenager named Daniel. He arrived from the East Coast with his mother. It's not easy to make friends in a new place where you know no one, especially at a school run by a vicious gang of karate fighters. Despite their young age, the gang members are very dangerous. They call themselves the Cobras and viciously "sting" anyone who displeases them. Daniel ends up on their list of enemies after he meets and befriends the ex-girlfriend of the Cobras' leader. The Cobras beat up the newcomer.
