About the title
A successful lawyer comes to his hometown for his mother's funeral and learns that his father, the town judge, is suspected of murdering his wife. His father is, to put it mildly, a complicated man: he's eccentric, even a bit senile, and doctors have diagnosed him with Alzheimer's disease. The man decides to stay to find out the truth, and gradually gets to know better the relatives he hasn't spoken to in a long time.
