About the title
Charlie is going through a dark period — his career has stalled, his marriage is on the brink, and on top of that, he feels like the people around him are ceasing to notice him. His fears come true — he really does become invisible and is transported to a parallel dimension where the vanished live. This world seems perfect, but Charlie dreams of returning, unaware of the secret the invisibles are hiding.
