About the series
Sophie O'Neil, who once headed a glossy magazine, decides to move with her husband and son from New York to a quiet town in East Texas. There she meets socialite Margo Banks, who runs a club for local women where they can drink, skeet shoot, and talk about anything. Sophie falls under Margo's spell, but realizes something is wrong when a girl's body is found on the edge of the woods - and the club's members become the prime suspects.
