About the series
The protagonist of the series "The Good Doctor" is young physician Shaun Murphy. He recently finished his training and is just starting out in medicine. He's very talented and somewhat overconfident, possessing an almost phenomenal memory and brilliant intuition. Operations he takes part in go flawlessly, and his patients recover very quickly. But there's a fly in the ointment. Shaun Murphy has a mild form of autism, which doesn't have the best effect on his relationships with colleagues.
