About the title
Jude Parker is a social worker who is used to helping everyone except himself. One day he is assigned to take charge of a troubled family: single mother Dahlia and her daughter. Everything goes well until the head of the family returns from prison and draws Dahlia back into his criminal schemes. He doesn't know, however, that his girls now have a new protector.
