About the title
A prequel to "The Omen" (1976). A young American woman goes to Rome to work at an orphanage and devote herself to serving the Church. When she takes a troubled young girl under her wing, the woman confronts a darkness hidden within the child that makes her question her own faith — and suspect a conspiracy that may reach into the very heart of the Catholic Church, whose goal is the birth of the Antichrist.
