About the title
Max Barber is a typical Hollywood producer, which means he's quite the con artist. And now he's finally pushed his luck too far: he owes a mafia boss a huge sum of money, and the only thing that can save him is the insurance payout he'd get if the film's star were to die. All he needs to do is add more scenes with dangerous explosions and dizzying stunts. The trouble is that life always insists on going off-script, and killing the leading man turns out not to be so easy. The movie, however, turns out incredibly spectacular.
