About the title
The cat Maurice has two talents: talking and running scams. Traveling with talking rodents from town to town, he "saves" the locals from a rat infestation each time (for a good fee, of course). But upon arriving in Bad Blintz, Maurice and his friends realize that this town hides something dangerous... Now they must play a game of cat and mouse with real evil and solve the town's main mystery — to the astonishment of all the two-legged residents who live there.
