About the title
The events take place in the village of Tha Rae, home to the largest Catholic community in Thailand. For forty years, Ming and his sister Sen have been inconsolable, each blaming the other for sacrificing Sen's daughter to an evil spirit while trying to subdue a demon. Now, four decades later, the ancient evil is reawakening. This time the cunning entity has possessed a young girl named Mali, threatening her life and the safety of those around her. The local residents decide to call on a young shaman named Sopha, who can communicate with spirits. Meanwhile, the Catholic Church sends an experienced priest, Father Paolo, to the village, who can perform exorcism rites. Will the heroes be able to find common ground and save the villagers from the otherworldly entity?
